All 1096 Series Clamp on Saddles are fabricated with 304/304L Grade Stainless Steel. This allows installation in corrosive environments without the concern of damaging paint or epoxy coating which could make the parts susceptible to corrosion.
1096 Series Stainless Steel Clamp on Saddles are fabricated for your specific size requirements and are not designed to fit multiple pipe sizes. They are designed for steel, PVC pipe, and tubing.
Units are available with female iron pipe threaded ports on port sizes up to 4″, port sizes 5″ and above utilize a flanged connection. Gaskets are a 3/8″ thick EPDM material. Fasteners are 18-8 grade stainless steel all-thread rod with a flat washer, lock washer, and PTFE coated hex nuts to reduce galling.
